3G Screw pumps has very high self-suction capacity. It needs no bottom valve or other vacuum equipment.
The initiative screw is driven by motor and the idler screw is driven by the pressured liquid. There are oil films between the screws and pump jacket to protect these parts. Low mechanical friction ensures the high efficiency and long service life.
Different types are available such as single suction, double suction, horizontal installation and vertical installation. Relief valve is equipped to every pump to protect the pump, motor and piping systems.
